Maggie Dawson BSc (Hons) MCSP, HCPC PH89725 is Company Director of Children’s Physio Dorset and a Highly Specialised Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in paediatrics and neurology.
Maggie holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Civil Expert Witness Certificate and is listed on the National Register of Expert Witnesses. She is also a member of the Medico-Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MLACP) and can be found on their directory.

Alongside medico-legal work, Maggie accepts independent instructions from both local councils and parents to support with the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process and tribunal hearings.
- Successfully represented Surrey County Council in tribunal, defending their position on provision and fees.
- Supported multiple families through the EHCP process, resulting in successful tribunal outcomes, including securing specialist school placements and increased therapy provision.
- Experienced in writing detailed tribunal reports that highlight a child’s functional needs, quality of life, and required support to achieve their full potential.
