Initial Assessment £90 1 hour plus Travel
Follow up sessions £70 for 45 mins plus Travel
Travel is charged at £40 per hour
DMO Assessment/Measuring/Ordering & Fitting available
Price on request as each item is a different price.
Extras
Virtual Appointments - £60 per hour
Reports, Charity applications and supporting letters - £60 per hour (min 1 hour)
Liaison with the child's MDT i.e phonecalls, emails - price is case dependent
Attendance at meetings - charged at £80 per hour (min 1 hour)

Payment is preferred via BACS but PayPal and Cheques/cash accepted
All sessions must be paid within 24hours of invoice
Invoices can be supplied for insurance companies but I do not bill/invoice insurance companies directly
Cancellation Policy - Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours will be charged in full
Non-attendances will be subject to the full fee.
Please note, if we need to cancel or amend an appointment, we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity.
